How do I start with MyDiet blog?

It's an accidental event when I started blogging Mikko@Craftmaniac and I got an Red eye infection, stood on my weighing scale and realised how much weight I've gain in 2 years.

Sometimes, we just need something to triggers us to make a MOVE.

Let me tell you about myself. I'm the kinda of person who does not care about what others think of me. Live in Happiness and Ignorance applies.

It was because of my eye infection and causes me to have HARD Breathing on 13.05.2013 and I stood on my weighing scale (which I have put it aside for MONTHS)... and i FOUND OUT i was 90kg++.. it's terrible. Make me feel terrible. No wonder I can't fit in my OLD skirt.

But I still don't care. Fat - Let it be!

So, since I have red eye infection and the hard breathing makes me feel tired. I fall a sleep early! Probably 10 - 11pm, I was sound a sleep. Which i did not keep track of it.

The next thing I realised, I've lost 3kg, 87kg on 23.05.2013.

AHAK! It caught my attention! Now, as of today 28.05.2013, I decided to share MyDiet with you peeps.

You have to know the HISTORY of you being FAT.

BREAKFAST :  A packet of Wan Tan Mee and coffee

LUNCH :  SKIPPED (I was sound a sleep)

DINNER : Mochi and Hot chocolate milk

Water consumption  : 1 litres

Workout : No work out...
Body Condition : Normal
Sleeping time : 1.00am

23.03.2014, SUNDAY

BREAKFAST :  A packet of Wan Tan Mee and coffee

LUNCH :  SKIPPED (I was sound a sleep)

DINNER : 4 tablespoon of Rice, Vegetable.

Water consumption  : 1 litres

Workout : Bed excercise
Body Condition : Normal
Sleeping time : 1.55am

21.03.2014 - Day 3

MY WEIGHT : 78.8kg

BREAKFAST :  A packet of Fried Mee, 1 slice of Pineapple and coffee

LUNCH :  4 tablespoon of rice, Raw cabbage and fried egg.

DINNER : Steam chicken, Plenty of vege and 4 teaspoon of rice


Water consumption  : 1.8 litres

Workout : No work out...
Body Condition : Normal
Sleeping time : 1.33am
Well 15 kg may sound a lil.. but It does make a huge difference.
It's 90kg to 75kg.

Wake up time : 7.55AM

MY WEIGHT : 79.2kg

BREAKFAST :  1 piece of Roti canai and Coffee

LUNCH :  4 tablespoon of Rice with 2 hardboil eggs soya and Lime Juice (Warm)

DINNER : 2 pieces of fried tau foo, fish and 3 tablespoon of rice

Water consumption  : 1.2 litres

Workout : Legs exercise on bed
Body Condition : Normal
Sleeping time : 11pm

19.03.2014 - DAY 1 from 79.9KG

Wake up time : 7.45AM

MY WEIGHT : 79.9kg

BREAKFAST :  Fried Mee Hoon (Kinda Big portion), Pineapple(one slice) and Coffee

LUNCH :  4 teaspoon of oat with soya milk without sugar

Water consumption 1.5 litres

Workout : Weight lifting, squats, lunges and Hola-Hoop total of 1.5 hours
Body Condition : Normal
Sleeping time : 12.15am 

19.03.2014 - BACK IN ACTION

It has been such a long time i did not blog about my diet and keep SLIM program.

Hello to my all readers.

Yes, i lost track, yet Not really lost track. I weight myself this morning and I found out that I'm 79.9 kg.... well, i gain back from 75kg to 79.9kg after a period of time.

My last weight were marked on 2013-07-05 (FRI) which is 82.7kg. Beginning of the year of 2014 I achieved 75kg.

What i do?
1. Control food partition
2. Exercise
3. Water consumption

OKAY! I still fail my SLEEPING habit.

How do i feel when i begin my Exercise?
1. My body got warm fast and i really sweat even when I'm sitting. I was told my metabolisme change. Burn fats.
2. Thirsty
3. I don't feel sleepy - ENERGIZED

Food Control
1. I still eat rice but in a small portion, plenty of vegetable and preferable steam MEAT... not fry
2. Oats
3. Fruits

I still eat cake! Yummeh

Water consumption
1. 1.5 liters a day that's my minimum...

Well... Today i start with 79.9kg. Lets see how soon i lost. 

HOW DO I FEEL? A lil bit SEXY....
