It has been such a long time i did not blog about my diet and keep SLIM program.
Hello to my all readers.
Yes, i lost track, yet Not really lost track. I weight myself this morning and I found out that I'm 79.9 kg.... well, i gain back from 75kg to 79.9kg after a period of time.
My last weight were marked on 2013-07-05 (FRI) which is 82.7kg. Beginning of the year of 2014 I achieved 75kg.
What i do?
1. Control food partition
2. Exercise
3. Water consumption
OKAY! I still fail my SLEEPING habit.
How do i feel when i begin my Exercise?
1. My body got warm fast and i really sweat even when I'm sitting. I was told my metabolisme change. Burn fats.
2. Thirsty
3. I don't feel sleepy - ENERGIZED
Food Control
1. I still eat rice but in a small portion, plenty of vegetable and preferable steam MEAT... not fry
2. Oats
3. Fruits
I still eat cake! Yummeh
Water consumption
1. 1.5 liters a day that's my minimum...
Well... Today i start with 79.9kg. Lets see how soon i lost.
HOW DO I FEEL? A lil bit SEXY....
That was me in the early of 2013. Approximately 90kg during that time. |
